Our top priority for the initial review includes an analysis of our medical and dental plans. We will explore opportunities that will allow NMSU more autonomy and control over vendor negotiations, plan benefits and expenses. As part of the total analysis, we will review all of our benefit offerings. Possible changes to other benefit programs, such as vision, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability insurance, leave, retiree medical plans, and other retiree benefits will also be considered during fiscal year 2011.
